Service Description
If you’re looking for a low-impact exercise modality that’s accessible, requires little equipment, and builds strength while helping you form a connection with your body, look no further than mat Pilates. This class in semi-individual, you can book with a friend or meet your fitness partner directly to the studio.

Cancellation Policy
M-DUO is a duet mat or postural lesson, M-DUO4 and M-DUO8 are packages of 4 and 8 duet mat or postural lessons, respectively. Duet lessons are held in pairs and last 50 minutes. If only one person is registered, you have two alternative options: (1) the lesson will take place and will last 40 minutes without an extra fee, or (2) the lesson will last 50 minutes with an extra fee of 5€. The lesson of the M-DUO4 must be completed within 6 weeks. The lessons of M-DUO 8 must be completed within 10 weeks. Cancellation is free up to 5 hours before the lesson. Within the 5 hours, the lesson will either not be reimbursed or deducted from the package.
